This role is best suited for professionals with extensive exposure to high-rise construction projects and strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and control.The selected candidate will play a critical role in managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective coordination across multiple stakeholders to support successful project delivery.Key Requirements & Responsibilities:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatoryMinimum 10+ years of UAE experience, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings (40+ floors)Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for detailed project planning and schedulingDevelop, monitor, and control baseline and updated project schedulesTrack project progress, identify potential risks, and prepare recovery and mitigation plansPrepare and analyze manpower histograms, S-curves, and cash flow forecastsConduct delay analysis, prepare claims, and support detailed project reportsCoordinate closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure alignmentEligibility Criteria:Only immediate joiners currently available in the UAE will be considered for this position
