Senior Planning EngineerJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, and resource allocation for building projects.•Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.•Progress Monitoring: Track and report project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely completion.•Cost Control: Support budgeting and cost management, ensuring project expenditures remain within the approved limits.•Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to prevent schedule or budget impacts.•Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change orders.•Communication: Conduct regular project meetings and keep stakeholders informed on project status, challenges, and updates.Requirements:•Minimum 13+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer in building projects.•Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and control.•Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent software.•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.•Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, particularly Fujairah/Abu Dhabi standards, is an advantage.
