Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalentMonitor project progress and identify potential delays or issuesAnalyze project data and prepare progress reports for managementCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align schedulesIdentify critical path activities and implement corrective actionsUpdate and revise schedules based on project changes and progressAssist in resource planning and procurement schedulingEnsure compliance with contractual and safety standards in planning processesQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplineProfessional certification in Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferredExperience: Minimum of 8 years in construction planning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead roleExperience in large-scale infrastructure, residential, or commercial projects in the UAE is preferredSkills & Attributes: Strong analytical and organizational skillsExcellent communication and team coordination abilitiesAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
