Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and control project schedules for large-scale oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects.Coordinate with project teams to establish realistic timelines and milestones.Track project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.Prepare progress reports and discuss schedule status with stakeholders.Support risk management and change management processes.Ensure project schedules align with project scope and resources.Requirements:Minimum 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling for oil & gas or petrochemical projects.Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
