Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.Monitor progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule adherence.Analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans.Prepare progress reports and update project timelines regularly.Facilitate planning meetings and provide guidance on schedule management.Support resource planning and procurement activities.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning for large construction projects.Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.Knowledge of UAE construction standards and project management best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
