MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo provide professional physiotherapy and related clinical services to patients in line with regulatory requirements and according to company standardKEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASProvide advanced specialised physiotherapy assessments and treatments to patientsSupport team members with professional guidance and coordinate physiotherapy services to ensure optimal patient experienceSupport and provide input into departmental quality improvement, risk and governance programmesManage patient experience processes for the department in line with company standardsProvide support and guidance with the development of junior employees in the departmentREQUIRED EDUCATIONA Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institutionCurrent BLS certificationRelevant post graduate training will be an advantageREQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least 4 years post graduate experience as a Physiotherapist preferably in an inpatient setting with broad experience including respiratory, orthopaedics and neurologyLicensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in the UAENeurological experience at a senior level within a hospital inpatient and outpatient settingREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEPatient experience standardsTeam leadership skillsUAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirementsVerbal and written communication skills in English
