Lead the preparation and submission of mechanical tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to develop accurate cost estimates.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather necessary data.Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.Prepare detailed bid documentation, including technical proposals and commercial offers.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Maintain a database of tendering documents and lessons learned for future projects.Participate in tender meetings and negotiations with clients and subcontractors.Monitor and report on tendering progress and outcomes to management.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in mechanical tendering within construction companies.Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, tendering software, and project management tools.
