Key Responsibilities: Lead the mechanical design development for high-rise building projectsReview and approve mechanical drawings, specifications, and calculationsCoordinate with electrical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure integrated design solutionsEnsure compliance with UAE standards, safety norms, and client requirementsSupport procurement activities by reviewing technical vendor documentationConduct site inspections to monitor installation quality and adherence to designProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineersResolve technical issues related to mechanical systems during construction and commissioningPrepare progress reports and technical documentationQualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent10–15 years of UAE experience, preferably with high-rise building projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, local UAE standards)Proficiency in mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, etc.)Excellent communication and leadership skills
