Job Description

Position SummaryThe Senior Manager Facilities Operations is responsible for overseeing the Facilities Management activities across campuses to ensure consistency in facilities management services delivered. He/she is responsible for overseeing the provision of proper tools, methods and guidelines to Campus Facilities staff to effectively undertake their role, and to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Facilities Management department. He/she oversees the monitoring of inventories, ensures compliance to Health and Safety standards, and manages reception activities across campuses.?Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD.
  • Minimum of eight years of work experience in Facilities Management or relevant field with at least two years of experience in a managerial role. ?
