KEY RESPONSIBILITY:Lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, MS Dynamics).Manage vendor relationships and service delivery for ERP support and upgrades.Ensure alignment of ERP capabilities with evolving business requirements.Govern ERP change management, configuration, testing, and documentation processes.Drive stakeholder engagement and effective communication across departments.Oversee ERP project execution within time, scope, and budget.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP ecosystem.Evaluate emerging ERP technologies and recommend strategic improvements.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIESProficiency in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).Knowledge of system integration, data architecture, and business process reengineering.Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).Understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSQualification: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Desirable Qualification: Masters in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.Work Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with 6+ years in ERP system management and implementation.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
