Position SummaryThe Senior Manager e-Content Development is responsible to manage the operations and availability of lectures online across campuses in coordination with IT to enhance the overall student experience. He/she is responsible to implement new technologies in line with HCTs learning needs in coordination with faculty.StrategicContribute to the development and implementation of the Education Technologies strategy in alignment with HCTs system-wide strategy.Support with the development and implementation of the Education Technologies policies, procedures and processes and monitor compliance of subordinates.Contribute to the development of the annual budget of the Education Technologies function.OperationalPlan the different lectures online in coordination with faculty across campuses.Manage the interconnectedness of campuses by ensuring availability of online lectures across campuses and enabling campuses to access the other campuses educational technology resources as and when required.Manage the design or selection of tools and equipment for video capturing.Support and maintain the hardware and software for lecture capture, including but not limited to cameras, microphones, and recorders.Manage the setup of live webcast for events and special lectures.Administer HCTs streaming server to upload and link streaming media content for use across campuses.Assist faculty with the capture and editing of video for educational and promotional purposes.Organise and manage HCTs databank of educational videos.Gather feedback on online lectures on a continuous basis; identify areas for improvement and enhance services across campuses when possible.Provide support to faculty on the use of education technologies.Support Professional Development team with planning and delivery of trainings to faculty across campuses.Keep abreast of latest technology trends that would enhance the overall student experience.?RequirementsQualifications Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Education Technologies. Full English proficiency is required. Advanced computer literacy is required e.g. Blackboard, Zoom (for Lectures Online).Experience Minimum of eight years of work experience in Education Technologies with at least two years of experience in a managerial role.?
