Job Description

Senior Manager E-Commerce | Al-Futtaim Retail | ACE Hardware | Dubai, UAEOverview of the role:You are accountable for the end to end management of Trading and Merchandising Operations and Strategies of ACE Hardware E-Com division.What you will do:

  • Manage day to day PPC campaigns
  • Deliver performance reports and insights to the PPCteam and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses to improve SEM traffic and increase ROAS
  • Deliver customer-focused, profitable multi-category campaigns to agreed targets
  • Address and escalate campaign performance issues.
  • Use VOC to enhance the product and optimize the onsite experience
  • Define the Ecommerce Master assortment with the planning & master data team
  • Ensure proper stock levels for ecom sales and promotions
  • Prepare sales forecasts at Category, Brand and SKU level in alignment with planning
  • Run data driven product merchandising for Homepage, categories, sub-categories, and landing pages
