DescriptionPetrofac is looking to recruit a Senior Commissioning Manager to join our Project Delivery Team based in United Arab Emirates.   • To co-ordinate and lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run and normal operation of sulfuric acid plant of 4800 TPD capacity, phosphoric acid plant of 1400 TPD capacity, beneficiation plant of 5700TPD capacity and power plant (steam turbine generator) of 80MW capacity.
  • Sound knowledge of the technologies involved in the above-mentioned processes.
  • Ability to support engineering team and provide inputs during design to facilitate the commissionability, start-up, normal operation, and maintenance of the units.
  • Direct and supervise team/ teams of discipline engineers in preparation and execution of commissioning of process plants assuming entire responsibility for the completion of the implementation in conformance with the client?s needs and HSSE standards.
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering with experience in Petrochemical industry.
  • Extensive working experience and sound knowledge of technology involved in sulfuric acid of capacity 4800 TPD, phosphoric acid plant of capacity 1400 TPD, beneficiation plant of capacity 5700TPD and power plant (steam turbine generator) of capacity 80MW. Ability to commission all the equipment associated with the above-mentioned plants.
