  • Oversee IT projects portfolio with the objective of implementing technology strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with business management and IT Director to introduce new methodologies, process and technology changes to cut costs, improve operational efficiencies, increase levels of quality, and advance customer satisfaction
  • Build positive partnership with business seniors, functional sponsors and, understand their commitments, and establish trust and dialogue on how to support those commitments.
  • Identifies opportunities for evolution and innovation of the applied business information systems.
  • Drive ongoing business continuous improvements through process and technologies suggestions. Be an advocate for change that delivers true business value.
  • Integrate critical vendors into IT objectives, overseeing the estimation of resource efforts and allocation.
  • Leads a team of IT professionals that are focused on delivery of business value to the organization via IT project.
  • Owns process for translation of business problem and business requirements into functional requirements and ensures that IT solution is focused on addressing the business problem.
  • Develop and present solution proposals and recommendations, including analysis of options, justifications, and tradeoffs
  • Ensure compliance to IT policy in terms of implementation and monitoring of information security management in your department in line with the UAE region ISR policy.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development or IT Project Management
