We’re Hiring: Senior Logistics Coordinator at a leading freight forwarding companyLocation: Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA)We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage logistics operations and ensure smooth delivery processes.Key Responsibilities:Logistics Planning & Coordination: Manage logistics forecasts, schedules, and urgent operational needs.Shipping & Customs Documents: Prepare, verify, and handle all shipping documentation (invoices, delivery advices, transfer letters) and customs clearance via Dubai Trade.Documentation Management: Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval.Client & Management Liaison: Communicate with clients, consolidators, and senior management. Support daily logistics operations.Reporting: Prepare and present logistics reports for upper management.Team Support: Help develop logistics policies and procedures.What We’re Looking For:Experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with a solid understanding of UAE customs processes.Familiarity with the Dubai Trade portal (import/export).Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
