What you?ll deliver? You?ll oversee litigation for Dubai Airports, including investigations, legal notices, and defense documents, while ensuring strategic case management and favorable outcomes in rental disputes.? You?ll provide legal advice on escalated matters, monitor legal changes for compliance, and analyze legislation to anticipate impacts on operations.? You?ll review legal risks with external counsel, collaborate with government legal entities and consultancy law firms, and facilitate settlement agreements to resolve disputes.? You?ll conduct legal research, investigate claims, prepare reports, and identify training needs. Develop and lead legal awareness workshops on legislative changes.? You?ll manage the recovery of outstanding dues, handle returned check disputes, provide legal opinions, and ensure complianceWhat you bring? You should be educated to a bachelor?s degree level specialized in Law with 5 to 7 years of experience in litigation and regulatory compliance.? You should possess a valid license to practice law issued by an approved regulatory body.?
