Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with an established international food and beverage distributor who are looking to hire a Senior Key Accounts Executive to handle and develop their portfolio of Food Service accounts ? high end restaurants, bars, nightclubs and casual dining. This role will report to the Key Accounts Manager ? HORECA.About the roleYour main responsibilities will be to secure new food service accounts, whilst also growing the existing key accounts. You will work with the Key Accounts Manager to develop business plans, implement strategies, prepare and negotiate the contracts. The Senior Key Accounts Executive will manage the full relationship with Food Service accounts, establishing and maintaining a strong line of communication.You will measure the performance of the accounts and determine how best to move forward and grow upon review of presence, promotions, pricing and product mix.About youThe successful candidate must hold a bachelor?s Degree or higher, with at least 3 years? experience within sales/key accounts in Food Service / HORECA in the UAE. You must be experienced in taking ownership over your accounts in terms of budget, volume and sales targets. This role requires a confident, well-spoken and charismatic Senior Key Accounts Executive, with a strong network across HORECA/Food Service in the UAE.Top level communication skills are essential for this role.
