Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end-users efficiently.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and support.Document IT procedures, updates, and troubleshooting steps.Support IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support, preferably in UAE.Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with ERP systems, IT security protocols, and cloud technologies is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
