Senior IT EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Design, develop, and manage the IT technical support system for both hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.•Oversee the effective and proper use of all modules of the ERP system, ensuring staff have the support and training needed to use it efficiently.•Manage and monitor access authorization for staff, ensuring appropriate access to internal systems and resources.•Oversee and monitor routine hardware and software checks, ensuring timely upgrades and proactive maintenance of systems.•Support other company sections for the IT related products.•Develop, manage, and facilitate IT training sessions for staff to enhance their technical skills and optimize IT systems usage.•Maintain and enforce a secure system for all hardware and software, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.•Manage IT department procedures, processes, and day-to-day operations, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.•Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT engineering or related roles, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership capacity.•Proven experience with ERP systems and SQL Server•Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, firewall and network systems.•Expertise in IT security protocols and best practices.•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.•Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills & Experience:•Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CISCO, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), MCSA & CCNA•Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.•Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.
