International Strategic Partnerships (ISP) is looking for a qualified candidate to support BDS growth strategies with an emphasis on evaluating, developing, and managing value-added partnerships in critical markets as a Senior International Strategic Partnerships LeadPosition Responsibilities:This position will drive the identification and development of new business opportunities in a strategic focus country. Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a Boeing lead for developing and executing partnership strategies in UAE
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships with relevant UAE government entities, and local industry.
  • Coordinating with focal(s) from multiple Divisions and Business Units to ensure consistent industry strategies are being executed
  • Formulating and recommending strategic actions pertaining to industry in support of sales campaigns
  • Supporting the development of business case analyses
  • Synthesizing an advanced understanding of indigenous industry, country-specific laws and guidelines, political environments and scenarios, and campaign strategy
In addition to the desire to capture business opportunities, Boeing has contractual obligations to stimulate industrial growth in countries where Boeing has made sales. The ISP team is continuously updating its strategy to realize this growth through strategic investments and work placement. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Leading, along with the ISP Country Manager, the development of strategies that guide Boeing investment decisions and work placement with indigenous industry partners
  • Leading offset projects and program execution by managing industrial engagement activities and developing, writing, editing, coordinating, and reviewing offset project proposals
  • Partnering with functional leads to identify strategies and investments needed to develop supplier capabilities in support of the generation of offset credits with Boeing suppliers
  • Support in-country leadership and program management in alliance activities including the establishment of local entities by developing negotiation strategies and supporting business cases while ensuring alignment with offset objectives
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 3+ years? experience in Defense or Aerospace industry
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Experience developing actionable strategies and plans that align with broader business objectives
  • Business and financial acumen to manage investment strategies and drive desired outcomes
  • Experience in developing strong relationships with partners (internal and external) and government representatives through superior communication skills, cultural awareness and sensitivity
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Familiarity with Industrial Participation or Offsets
  • Experience working with US and UAE Governments
