Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and close interior fit-out projects within scope, time, and budget.Coordinate with clients, design teams, procurement, and site teams.Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met.Review and approve project documentation and shop drawings.Manage project team and subcontractors.Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out or construction projects.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Immediate availability preferred.
