Key Responsibilities:Lead interior design projects for ultra-luxury villas and mansions from concept through completion.Develop detailed interior layouts, material selections, and finish schedules.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design quality and adherence to specifications.Manage design teams and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for bespoke furnishings and finishes.Oversee site inspections to ensure the design intent is executed flawlessly.Stay updated with luxury design trends and innovative materials.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in Design & Build projects with luxury residential focus.Proven portfolio showcasing ultra-luxury villa/mansion interiors with high-end finishes.Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong project management and client communication skills.
