Senior Interior DesignerJob Location : UAEAbout the job :?Execute full design process, from initial sketch through start of production?Develop Concept, Design Development Tender and Construction Documents?Prepare design specifications, CAD drawings, budget and bid preparations and general interior design activities?Effectively coordinate internal and external design and architectural resources throughout the entire process of design and construction?Coordinate directly with clients and companies? sales / estimating teams in the programming of the client?s office needs?Excellent project management skills and previous experience working across multiple projects, dealing with multiple stakeholders?Provide leadership skills and team management with a desire to mentor junior staff when applicable?Attend project meetings with customers, filling in for Account Managers when necessary?Maintain positive client relationships throughout project?Execute design reviews with marketing, sales, engineering and manufacturing departments and suppliers?Coordinate with in-house design team, necessary estimators, or other specialty consultants or subcontractors?Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervisionThe applicant must have the following :?Expert experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office?Have a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture & significant job running experience in interior design on large workplace/ commercial projects?Technical background with understanding of building code & permitting processes, contract document development, contract administration & mechanical/electrical coordination?Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines?Candidate should have UAE experience and must be available for face to face interview.?Immediate joiners preferred
