Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.Oversee employee performance management and conduct regular performance reviews.Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.Provide support and guidance to managers and staff on HR-related issues.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (7+ years) in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
