GTC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Finance team as a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our financial decision-making processes, driving business growth, and ensuring sound financial management within the financial industry.Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Analysis and Reporting: o Analyze deals of Introducing Brokers (IBs) to evaluate their impact on company performance. o Generate regular financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs). o Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting. 2. Budgeting and Forecasting: o Collaborate with department heads to create and manage the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts. o Monitor budget compliance and provide recommendations for cost optimization. o Continuously update forecasts based on market trends and company performance.3. Market Knowledge: o Stay updated on market dynamics, forex industry trends, and regulatory changes. o Utilize MT4 and MT5 experience to assess platform-related financial data. o Translate market insights into actionable strategies to improve financial performance.4. Data Analytics and Visualization:o Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform financial data into actionable insights. o Create data visualizations and dashboards to facilitate decision-making and communication of financial information using Power BI Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. 5+ Years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the financial services industry, with specific experience in forex trading preferred. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software/tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset. MT4 and MT5 experience is preferred. Knowledge of forex market dynamics and regulations is highly desirable.
