Job Description

Senior Finance and Procurement SupervisorMake a difference every dayThe Job OpportunityThe Senior Finance and Procurement Supervisor will manage and assess the client?s financial deliverables and commercial activities within a contract/business unit. Provide support to the Finance Manager and Contract General Manager in managing the all finance and procurement related functions.Key accountabilities

  • Manage periodic finance deliverables including P &L, cash flow, Account Receivables , CFMP pack and other related reports
  • Upload of monthly journals, accruals, accounts payable transactions, payments etc.
  • Prepare and review of accrual and deferred income summary
  • Ensure all supplier PO are raised via SAP Guided Buying and the payments are made on timely manner. Responsible on raising SAP PO, checking and submission of vendor invoice at scanning desk, uploading vendor invoice at B2B, monitoring payment status, maintaining of order tracker and monitoring open Purchase Order
  • Ensure deliveries from Vendor/Supplier to Client are completed, ensuring compliance of quality, quantity, and delivery lead time are met. (ie. Meet supplier at the very first gate to receive goods and conduct QA Checks)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling highly sensitive, confidential, ad non-routine information.
  • Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the organization and with external parties.
  • A mature, proactive and detail oriented individual.
Specific requirements
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, procurement, commercial support, activities financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, and providing financial advice.
  • Knowledge of financial and SAP software applications.
  • Master?s degree in Accountancy or equivalent discipline from professional institution.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
