Through your day-to-day leadership and work, you will gain an in-depth understanding of financial management from a leadership perspective, sharpen your commercial acumen and enhance your stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:* Facilitate accelerated profitable and high growth of Logistics & Services products in the Region* Drive the usage of the standard reports, i.e. share one set of numbers, owned by finance* Drive discussions with Area and Products teams on volume and margin trends for L&S customers* Ensure highest degree of databased decision making in the Region and providing the outside-in perspective and benchmarking* Partner with product heads on regional growth initiatives* Drive Monthly operating system for the Region and drive quality and standardized deliverables for the Region-Area performance review call* Regional Budget and Forecast process for Logistics and Services products* Preparation of Quarterly Business Review Memo for the Region* P&L ownership ensuring Gross Profit and SGA cost mapping in productsWho we are looking for:* A solid financial educational background as Chartered Accountant or equivalent master?s degree in Finance. * Minimum 8-10 years? related finance experience in an international organization. Industry experience is preferred, but not a must. * Excellent stakeholder management skills ? ability to explain financial data and conclusions based on them to stakeholders with non-financial background. * Strong commercial acumen to understand and challenge business agenda.* Fundamentals of Financial accounting* Preferably Supply Chain and L&S product knowledge
