Job Description

Pressure Pumping - Coiled Tubing Field OperatorWould you like to take ownership of our customers needs to help them operate safely and efficiently?Would you like the opportunity to work for oilfield services company?Join our growing teamWe are the leader in oil & gas industry. We aim to meet clients expectations, as part of Baker Hughes operations.Partner with the bestAs a Field Operator you will work under your own initiative to fulfill your role and meet the clients needs.As a Field Operator you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining equipment to Baker Hughes standards and safety standards at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with Supervisor in planning and execution of Baker Hughes services.
  • Keeping paper work current; maintenance sheets, fuel logs, log books, pre/post tripsand month end expense accounts and job summary.
  • Monitoring execution of job accurately and Reporting all hazards or potentially hazardous situations to the supervisor.
  • Participating in safety and general meetings.
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal
  • Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
  • Operating the Coiled Tubing unit with minimal supervision.
  • Performing the preventative maintenance & troubleshooting for Coiled Tubing Equipment including the data acquisition system
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a High school diploma or an equivalent educational level.
  • Have a Minimum of 10 years of Coiled Tubing experience and product line competencies and training required.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of basic oil and gas industry.
  • Have an excellent mechanical aptitude.
  • Have the ability to work well and communicate well with others.
  • Have ADNOC onshore/offshore approval.
  • Have a solid understanding of well control principles
  • Have UAE Driving license (Desired)
