To start a career that is out of the ordinary, please apply...Job DetailsSenior Research Executive - Qualitative ROLE DESCRIPTIONYou will support in developing and achieving the business growth plan through successful management and delivery of studies, supporting senior team members and in turn build your own expertise.Role Deliverables

• You will be responsible for day-to-day project and client management as part of qualitative research team in Middle East and beyond. This will involve project planning, quality delivery and profitability management.
• Acts as key contact for clients on a project-by-project basis, ensuring quality delivery whilst managing client expectations
• Manage all set-up and project management duties on mid to large level projects ? manage development of appropriate methodological approach, and research instruments including discussion guides and analytic templates.
• Manages projects, liaising with the Field / Project management Team and managing set up, fieldwork, data analysis and reporting

• Drafts presentations/reports/deliverables which address the key objectives inform of a compelling story with clarity and actionable insight
• Responsible for post project financial reviews

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• At least a 3 year Bachelor?s degree in psychology/ business administration or other related fields
• Technology enthusiast with experience of using various tech platforms for a more in-depth and efficient qualitative research
• Strong persuasion skills
• Minimum 2 years? experience of working as a full-time qualitative researcher

• Have experience of working with clients across sectors
• Good communication and social skills
• Open to working in a team with diverse backgrounds
• Excellent client relationship development skills
• Motivated to achieve business success

• Willing to work flexibly when required
• Team player and collaborator
