Key Responsibilities: Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations.Develop and submit bid proposals and tenders.Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Maintain and update estimating databases and historical data.Support during negotiations and contract finalization.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.4-5 years of relevant experience in estimating for construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, WinEst, CostX).Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
