Senior Estimation EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Team Leadership: Lead the estimation team in preparing cost estimates.•Project Review: Review project plans and specifications to identify key factors that impact cost.•Cost Analysis: Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analyses to provide accurate estimates.•Vendor Management: Build relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for competitive pricing.•Risk Management: Analyze project risks and provide Value Engineering suggestions to minimize costs.•Proposal Development: Prepare techno-commercial proposals and bid documents that meet client requirements.•Collaboration: Coordinate with Project Managers on budgets and estimates to ensure alignment.•Mentorship: Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Qualifications:•Experience: Experience in estimation with general contractors or similar roles.•Skillset: Strong skills in interpreting construction plans and identifying potential issues.•Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
