Senior ERP System AnalystJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey responsibilities include:•Working with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, business process related scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards•Helping administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users to effectively and efficiently utilize IT/ERP Systems functionality•Managing and ensuring resolution for all internal IT/ERP Systems related projects, upgrades and change requests•Documenting, maintaining and updating system-level customizations as well as training materials•Assisting with functional migration to the new IT/ERP systems, data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts•Collaborating with the functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing•Providing monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ ERP Manager on overall IT/ERP activities•Performing other duties requested by management in support of team work as & when required
