Looking for a qualified Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer (HV,LV&ELV) to join our team. If you have relevant experience in the UAE and are ready to take on a challenging role, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:– Study and analyse tender documents including drawings, project specifications, BOQ, and client requirements.– Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimations for Electrical (HV & LV Distribution) and ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, Public Address, etc.).– Perform quantity take-offs and material/equipment costing using industry-standard tools and estimation software.– Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and technical compliance.– Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to the management.– Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for technical clarifications and value engineering solutions.– Keep up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and new technologies.– Participate in tender reviews, risk assessments, and post-tender clarifications with clients and consultants.– Support contract negotiation and handover of awarded projects to the execution team.– Maintain a cost database and estimation documentation for future references and benchmarkingMinimum Requirements:– Relevant 7-10 years UAE experience in an contracting company or in a similar role.– Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.– Immediate availability to join the team.Benefits:– Competitive salary (based on experience).– Opportunity for growth and career development.
