Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior Director of Cyber Security to lead the consultancy stream of one of our clients which is a global player with presence in the UAE. The Senior Director will be responsible for managing and growing the consultancy business unit by providing cyber security consulting services to our clients across the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and growing consultancy practices, as well as a deep understanding of the cyber security landscape in the Middle East.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the consultancy team, driving business growth and ensuring excellent client service delivery.
  • Manage the development and delivery of cyber security consultancy services, including risk assessments, security audits, compliance assessments, and incident response planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on cyber security matters.
  • Collaborate with the wider cyber security team to provide comprehensive cyber security solutions to clients.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on cyber security regulations and compliance requirements in the Middle East region.
  • Lead the development of new services, working with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the consultancy teams performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in cyber security, with at least 5 years in a consultancy leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security regulations and compliance requirements in the Middle East region.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing consultancy practices.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are desirable.
