Black & Grey HR is seeking a Data Insights Analyst for a top university in the Northern Emirates. The analyst will be responsible for summarizing findings, recommending improvements, assessing their impact, and preparing detailed reports.Responsibilities include:- Oversee the performance management cycle, including KPI selection, target setting, and progress reviews.- Conduct and manage surveys for students, staff, and stakeholders, and report findings for decision-making.- Review and suggest action plans to improve all university units.- Assess the impact of improvements and prepare annual strategic reports.- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various data tasks.- Validate and analyze institutional data, and write reports based on findings.- Work with OIPE team members and perform tasks as directed by the Executive Director.- Manage bench-marking processes and coordinate data for publications and rankings.- Prepare data for UN SDGs and THE Impact Ranking submissions.Requirements- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).- At least five years of experience in strategy, data analysis, dashboard creation, and report writing.- Expertise in statistical software packages and other related software tools.- Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, etc.- Advanced skills in professional report writingBenefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits
