Responsibilities:What you will do:-Design and implement enterprise data architecture frameworks that support the integration, storage, and analysis of healthcare data.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Develop and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries to ensure data integrity and accessibility.- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).- Lead the evaluation and selection of data management tools, technologies, and platforms.- Oversee the migration and integration of data from legacy systems to modern platforms.- Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and privacy.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and analytics teams.- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in healthcare data architecture and technology.Required Experience:Technical Expertise:- Proficiency in data modelling, database design, and data warehousing.- Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and machine learning frameworks.- Understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and terminologies (e.g., SNOMED, LOINC).Industry Knowledge:- In-depth understanding of healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and compliance requirements.- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR), clinical data, and patient data.Leadership and Communication:- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Analytical Skills:- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SAS, Tableau, Power BI) is essentialYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
