Responsibilities includeLead the conceptual design phase, translating client needs into compelling architectural concepts.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project development.Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine proposals.Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to integrate into designs.Mentor junior architects and contribute to their professional growth.Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.Heres what youll needBachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related fieldShould have at least 8 years total experience; 5 years should be in the UAEProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpShould have strong experience in REVIT BIMExtensive experience in architectural design and project management.Strong creative vision and ability to think strategically.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
