Position SummaryThe Senior Clinical Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily activities and provides comprehensive administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships manager and clinical placement specialist with core responsibilities consisting of document control activities; drafting Clinical Hub correspondence; and assisting with meeting and event logistics.?RequirementsStrategic RoleFamiliarize with functional objectives relevant to scope of work.Hold discussions with direct supervisor to better understand the alignment between individual work, activities and functional goals and objectives.Operational RolePractice resilient approaches, so as to adapt and adjust to changing environments, and thereby ensure protection and restoration of the organizations resources and business continuity.Maintain and manage clinical hub records systems concisely and accurately within the organisationDrafts various documents and correspondence within the clinical hubRecords minutes at departmental and management meetings as requiredWork closely with the clinical hub management to collect and compile up-to-date activity reportsProvides clinical hub management with a variety of periodic summary reportsAssists in the organization of presentations, activities and eventsMaintains current knowledge of all aspects of HCT policies and proceduresTravels to other HCT colleges to attend meetings, workshops and conferences as requiredPerforms other related duties as assigned by the SupervisorLeadership RoleProvide on-the-job task training within scope of work.Take time to clearly respond to questions and guide team members within area of expertise.Create a positive atmosphere to encourage individuals to give their best.Contribute in an effective and efficient manner to the development of UAE Nationals.4. QualificationsIn support of Emiratization, HCT may exercise flexibility with the experience or education requirement in order to recruit UAE National candidates who show potential for success in the role.Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Business, Public Administration .Full English proficiency is required. Arabic is desirable.Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.5. ExperienceA minimum of 3 years experience of running effective admin and clerical systems, preferably within an educational institutionProficient secretarial skills (e.g. - document management, preparing various forms of correspondence, minute taking at meetings, coordinating meetings, etc.)A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology in the workplaceStrong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to research and investigate issues as they arise and to work effectively with limited supervisionWell-developed organizational skillsThe ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment and to cope with pressure in a positive manner while working to deadlines within a busy and demanding environmentA demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization?
