Senior Civil EstimatorJob Location : UAEJob Details :•Strong expertise in preparing estimates, cost proposals, and bid submissions for civil construction projects•Experience with quantity takeoffs, material costing, and labor analysis•Proficiency in using estimation tools and software, such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or equivalent•Knowledge of construction contracts, project planning, and construction techniques•Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines•Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams•Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards is a plus•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage
