Senior Civil Engineer (Female)Job Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Oversee and manage building projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.•Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and contract requirements.•Review and approve design modifications, technical drawings, and material submittals.•Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.•Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and report project status to senior management.•Identify potential project risks and provide solutions to mitigate challenges.•Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations and international engineering standards.•Assist in resolving technical and contractual issues that may arise during project execution.Requirements:•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.•10 - 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on building projects in the UAE.•Mandatory experience working with an engineering consultancy.•Previous experience in Abu Dhabi building projects is required.•Immediate availability or notice period of 0-30 days is preferred.•Strong knowledge of local construction codes, standards, and regulations.•Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.•Proficiency in engineering software and tools.•UAE Driving License is an advantage.
