Requirements:7–10 years of experience as a rotating equipment/pump mechanic (preferably in pump rental, oil & gas industries)Strong knowledge of centrifugal pumps, diesel engines, gearboxes, compressors, mechanical seals, bearings, and alignment proceduresHands-on experience with diagnostic tools and service procedures for leading engine brandsAbility to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems associated with pumping equipmentGood English communication skills (Arabic an advantage)Strong leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage workshop activitiesFlexible to travel between Dubai, UAE and Dammam, KSA as requiredExcellent planning and scheduling skillsIndependent, driven, and proactive personality
