Job Description

Senior Cashier - Finance | AMW | Union PlaceKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehensive control and responsibility of Cash and Cash.
  • Entire responsibility of Receipting and prompt banking.
  • Monitoring and Reporting of Retuned Cheque of the location.
  • Control on petty Cash and IOUs and adhere to timely reporting.
  • Delivery/Gate Pass Authorization.
  • Monitoring and Reporting of Invoiced but not Delivered.
  • Periodical Fixed Assets Review.
  • Conducting Spot Cash Audits [branches] as recommended.
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies on demand of Head office Finance.
  • Same day customer refund up to LKR 25,000 following the companies refund process
