Job Purposednata Representation Services has recently signed a contract with Pulse Hotels and Resorts, to represent their brand across the GCC. The expectation from this dedicated role will be, to deliver the Sales & Business development activities for Pulse Hotels & Resorts.Accountable for delivery of sales, account management, communications and marketing activities in accordance with plan/s defined in the business strategy, whilst supporting the Business Development/Sales Managers in customer acquisition activity to increase customer base and profitability.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESPlan- Responsible for identifying, researching, qualifying, developing and closing new revenue opportunities through cold calls, networking and referrals.Deploy- Establish and build relationships within defined geographic markets that meet target criteria work alongside the Business Development/Sales Manager to close deals and contract new clients- Contribute to the development of the annual marketing and communications plans complete assigned tasks in accordance with the plan- Work closely with the product, technical and IT teams for product presentations to ensure correct installation of products at customer sites with minimum disruption to customer business and enhance content and travel descriptions for assigned markets.Lead- Contribute to the definition of targets and account management strategy based on yearly production of Tour Operators/Agencies in conjunction with Business Development/Sales Managers.- Build relationships with travel partners and existing clients to generate leads and referrals, as well as setting activities to maintain and strengthen the cooperation with them.Execute- Accountable for assigned sales targets for accounts as per deliverables and the achievement of associate revenue and profitability targets.- Prepare reports on industry and market trends, and competitor activity for management team. Create informative presentations presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings.- Attend FAM trips, trade shows, sales calls and events to promote the company products and services.- Review all proposed communications to assigned market to ensure consistency with overall marketing and communications plan and sales strategy per market.- Input and maintain accurate records and up-to-date account/contact information on all prospects, target accounts, and new clients through the CRM tool- Keep records of sales initiatives and log those in CRM tool in order to measure ROIQualifications & ExperienceExperience / Qualification / Knowledge / Skills- More than 5 years in Commercial/Sales.Revenue Optimisation- 12 Years schooling or equivalent- Work experience in a sales, business development or account management role- Preferred experience in both operations and sales and marketing within a DMC,GDS, Travel Agency, Airline, Hotel or service industries.- Strong customer service skills- Travel Destination Management, Global Distribution Systems business knowledge is advantageous- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, CRM/GDS tools- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (additional languages will be a distinct advantage and may be required for certain market segments)- Ability to create engaging and professional sales presentations for delivery to external stakeholders- Good commercial acumen- Familiarity with the UAE Travel markets, country destination and product preferred- The ability to speak publicly and interact with a diverse range of individuals internal and external to the organisation.Salary & BenefitsJoin us in Dubai and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary and travel benefits that are exclusive to our industry, including discounts on flights and hotels stays around the world.
