Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the Hotels product team.You would be part of the team responsible for the consumer side of a hotel booking engine.In this role, you will:

  • Help drive software engineering strategies, architecture, standards, and guidelines at the product level
  • Leverage your expertise to help solve complex technical problems
  • Lead the discovery phase of small to medium initiatives to come up with a solution proposal
  • Develop an understanding of the product and hotel industry that will help solve your teams problems
  • Collaborate with other product development teams to achieve product objectives
  • Develop high-quality software design, review and debug code, document development phases, and monitor systems
  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
  • Address and analyze the emerging issues or incidents raised by the different stakeholders
  • Debug with the help of technical teams to understand the exact root cause of the issue
  • Work closely with other internal departments where additional input is needed to complete internal projects and initiatives
