Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminium facade projects including materials, labor, and equipmentAnalyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirementsCollaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to develop accurate estimatesReview subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy and completenessIdentify potential risks and provide value engineering solutionsMonitor project costs during execution and assist in budget controlMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, materials, and construction techniquesSupport contract negotiations and client communications as neededQualifications & Experience:5–7 years of experience as an estimator in aluminium façade or related construction projectsDiploma or Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
