Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeWith a minimum of 10 years’ experience exclusively in the readymix industry to manage all financial operations across our batching plants and fleet.Key Responsibilities• Handle full accounting cycle: daily transactions, monthly closing, and financial reporting.• Oversee batching plant cost control, production reconciliation, and fleet expense tracking.• Manage VAT returns, audit preparation, and ensure UAE compliance.• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.• Supervise accounting staff and ensure strong internal controls.• Generate management and performance reports through OXIVE SOLUTIONS ERP.Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred).• 10+ years of experience in the *readymix industry* (mandatory).• Strong working knowledge of OXIVE SOLUTIONS ERP and advanced Excel.• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
