You will serve as a key advisor on VAT and Corporate Tax (CT), while also guiding a small team to maintain a high level of professional output.What You Will Do:Oversee a dedicated portfolio of clients, managing all monthly and annual closing processesReview and validate accounting reports, VAT filings, CT submissions, and financial statementsPrepare or review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documentsAssist consultants with balance sheets, tax computations, and financial disclosuresMaintain adherence to UAE accounting regulations and update internal policiesCollaborate with management and provide leadership, training, and support to team membersMust-Haves:Bachelor’s degree in AccountingMinimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience within the UAEStrong hands-on expertise in UAE VAT and Corporate TaxProven experience preparing financial statements and tax returnsAbility to manage and guide a team effectivelyValid UAE driving license and personal vehicleNice-to-Haves:Familiarity with UAE-used ERP systems such as Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, or SageExperience coordinating audits and engaging with external stakeholdersExposure to various industries, ideally SMEsAdditional professional certifications like ACCA, CPA, or CABenefits:Company-sponsored employment visa and medical insuranceAnnual airfare allowanceCompany-provided laptop and phoneSupportive work culture with opportunities for growth within a consulting environment
