Parcel Estates is looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in real estate accounting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in property-related financial operations, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Core Responsibilities:• Manage accounts payable and receivable for property transactions• Oversee escrow accounts, rental income, and service charges• Prepare financial statements, profit & loss reports, and cash flow forecasts• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and real estate regulations• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and legal teams to maintain accurate records• Monitor budgets for property development projects and facility managementRequirements:• Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in real estate accounting• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA qualifications preferred)• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and UAE tax laws• Excellent communication and analytical skillsBenefits:• Competitive monthly salary: AED 6,000 - 7,000• Visa and insurance (own visa acceptable)
