Key Responsibilities:– Manage and oversee the company’s accounts receivable and collections process– Follow up on overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies– Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records– Prepare financial reports related to collections and outstanding balances– Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues– Support month-end and year-end closing activitiesQualifications:– Filipino national with proven experience in accounting and collections– Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in real estate accounting– Strong proficiency in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting and compliance– Excellent communication and negotiation skills– Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
