Senior AccountantJob Location : UAEDuties And Responsibilities:•Balancing patient accounts and taking payments for services rendered.•Ensure that bills and claims have accurate information by reviewing them.•Adding information to the companys database.•Taking care of incoming and outgoing email as well as physical mail.•Keeping payroll records up to date and protected.•Maintaining employee and patient files in the companys database.•Preparing billing reports and other documentation for distribution to state and federal government authorities as needed.•Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.•Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.•Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.•Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.•Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.•Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.•Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.Qualification & Experience:•Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounts.•Minimum of five (5) recent years of experience in the Health Care Field in UAE.Knowledge / Technical Skills:•Very Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.).•Ability to Work as an Efficient & effective Team Member.•Ability to Handle Projects.•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.•Good command of written and spoken English language.•Pro-active and able to successfully prioritize competing priorities.•Organized and able to work methodically.•Able to efficiently multi-task.•The ability to effectively lead a professional team as well as receiving direction from the management.
